App hangs after 5 seconds

I installed iStats on a iMac 27" 2.66G 4Core i5 with 20G 1067 MZ DDR3 running 10.8.3. I used it to test a major rebuild for my Apreture database for 300G files which eats up siginificant system resources. I discovered that iStats works great for the first 5 seconds, it then hangs and no longer update itself. Everything stops with the exception of the fancy graphics for the disk read/write and network in/out. I have to close the window, restart and it resumes operation for another 5 seconds then the app hangs up again.

The app is useful but some minor bugs needs to be fixed. If not, I will have to open and close the app every few seconds. I hope it will be fixed soon.

also, please have an option to select language instead of default to the standard anguage option the system has.
